OUR RECOMMENDATION FOR A CHRISTMAS PARTY
Christmas party bar
From £45 per person + VAT
- 5 drinks per guest, including cocktails
- Remaining drinks: house sparkling wine, bottled beer, red/white wine or soft drinks
- Up to 4 hours of bar service
Both packages include bartenders, a standard mobile bar, glassware, ice, ingredients and standard setup and pack-down. Drinks allowances are fixed, not unlimited. Our bars are fully customisable and brandable. Bespoke branding, bar designs and additional production are quoted separately.
Guide prices are based on 100 guests. For 50–99 guests, we’ll prepare a tailored quote. Add a sparkling welcome: £6 per person + VAT for one additional 125ml glass of house sparkling wine, on top of your package allowance.
Transport and venue logistics are quoted separately. Costs depend on location, parking and loading arrangements, venue access and collection timings. All costs are confirmed in your written quote before you book.

Winter Negroni
London Dry Gin, Vintage Port, Campari, Orange Zest.
Alpine Sour
A winter twist on the classic whisky sour: bourbon, homemade Douglas fir syrup, lemon and a dash of bitters. Egg white optional.
Burnt-orange Old Fashioned
Bourbon and Angostura bitters, stirred with our homemade oleo-saccharum of demerara sugar, gently scorched orange zest and Marasca cherries.
On the Piste
London Dry Gin, lemon and spiced cranberry & orange, topped with a meringue “mountain”.
Oaxaca Highball
Mezcal, lime, rue berry cordial and mandarin-ginger soda.
Avallen Forbidden Fruit
Calvados, rhubarb, vanilla, lemon and a dash of dry cider.
Toasted Sesame Old Fashioned
Sesame-washed bourbon, date, aromatic bitters and orange oils.
Black Forest Gateaux
Cognac, Amaro Lucano, sour cherry, Cherry Heering, crème de cacao, black tea and lemon; clarified over block ice. Contains dairy.
The Nutty Professor
Vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur and maple-pecan-pistachio syrup.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options for Christmas parties?
Of course. Who doesn’t love a good mocktail? We offer a range of delicious non-alcoholic drinks to suit all tastes.
How much does it cost to hire Twist Events for Christmas parties?
Our festive cocktail reception starts at £25 per person + VAT for up to two hours, or £30 per person + VAT for up to three hours; our Christmas party bar starts at £45 per person + VAT. Guide rates are based on 100 guests. Bartenders, a standard bar, glassware, ice and standard setup are included. Transport and venue logistics are quoted separately, with all costs confirmed before booking.
Do you provide Christmas decorations, themed entertainment, or interactive activities?
Absolutely. As standard, we offer festive bar dressing and add a touch of holiday cheer to our staff uniforms. For those who want to go all out, we also offer full event production and design services, including themed entertainment and interactive activities, to match your budget and vision. Just let us know what you have in mind.
Can you help with venues or catering recommendations?
Absolutely. We have a network of trusted partners in the events industry and can help you find the perfect venue and catering options with exquisite food to complement your Christmas party.
Do you have any minimum booking requirements?
Our Christmas services are designed for 50 guests and above. The advertised per-person rates are based on 100 guests; we’ll tailor a quote for groups of 50–99. If you’re planning something smaller, tell us what you have in mind and we’ll advise.
Are the drinks unlimited?
No. The reception includes three cocktails per guest. The party bar includes five drinks per guest, with up to three cocktails and the remainder from house sparkling wine, beer, red/white wine or soft drinks. Prefer fizz to still wine? We’ll tailor the selection with you. Alcohol-free cocktails can replace alcoholic cocktails. Any additional drinks or extended service are agreed separately.
How much is transport and what access do you need?
We quote transport and venue logistics separately because every venue is different. Your location, parking and loading arrangements, stairs or lifts, and collection timings all affect the cost. Share your postcode and any access restrictions, and we’ll confirm these costs in your written proposal before you book.
